90-Day Growth Guarantee Terms
These terms describe the $7,500 90-Day Growth Guarantee engagement and the conditions for its performance refund.
1. The engagement
Michel SEO provides a 90-day launch that includes a conversion-focused website, campaign domain, hosting, tracking, SEO/local-search foundations, and ongoing optimization. The $7,500 payment is due in full before work begins. The 90-day period starts when payment succeeds and runs continuously for 90 calendar days.
2. The revenue target
The minimum target is $30,000 in new, collected revenue during the 90-day period from leads attributed to the campaign. Counted revenue must come from a new lead first recorded in the shared lead tracker after payment, be attributable to the campaign, and be supported by the client's invoice or payment records. Pre-existing clients, repeat business, and revenue from unrelated sources do not count. A higher target may be agreed in writing for an individual engagement.
3. Client requirements
To remain eligible for the guarantee, the client must provide requested access, onboarding information, timely approvals, accurate lead and revenue records, and a functioning means of receiving and following up with leads. A material failure to meet these requirements voids the guarantee. The 90-day period does not pause for unavailable access, delayed approvals, or incomplete information.
4. Day-90 review and refund
At day 90, the parties review the shared lead tracker and supporting invoice/payment records. If the minimum target was not reached and all requirements were met, the client may request the performance refund by emailing michel@thinksmart.life with the subject “90-Day Growth Guarantee refund request” within 7 calendar days after day 90. After verification, Michel SEO will refund $6,750 within 14 calendar days.
The retained $750 is a non-refundable service fee for work performed. No early cancellation or refund right applies during the 90-day period. The $6,750 performance refund is the client's sole contractual remedy if the target is missed, except for rights that cannot legally be waived.
5. Campaign assets on refund
After a valid performance refund, Michel SEO retains or reclaims the campaign domain, website, hosting account, analytics and tracking configuration, creative files, and other campaign-specific assets. The client retains its pre-existing brand materials and access to its own pre-existing accounts.
6. Continuation after day 90
Unless the client requests the valid performance refund, services continue at $2,500 per month and are invoiced monthly. The client may stop future service by giving 30 days' written notice.
