Is this the same as Squarespace or Wix?
No. Squarespace charges $16–29/month for a template you build and maintain yourself, and you still pay the registrar when your domain renews. Website Care is done-for-you: a custom site built around your business, hosted and managed by us, with your domain handled and leads delivered straight to you — typically less than the cost of an agency retainer, and far less hands-on for you than a DIY platform.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep your domain (we'll transfer it to you on request) and your data. Your site goes offline after your paid period ends, but nothing is deleted — pick back up any time and the site is back up fast.
Can you also send me customers, not just host the site?
Yes — lead generation is a separate product, billed per qualified referral rather than a flat fee: $50 for beauty and service leads, $100 for high-ticket jobs, and if a referral isn't a fit, it isn't billed. If you want the site to actively bring in new customers, reach out and we'll set it up.
Does this include marketing or SEO work?
Basic search visibility (a clean, current site that answers for your service and area) is part of building and maintaining it properly. Ongoing growth campaigns and lead generation are separate engagements — the subscription is the foundation they run on.
